Member of the Management Board*
A graduate of the HEC School of Business Administration and of the Stanford Executive Program, Laurent Mignon held several positions at Banque Indosuez from 1986 to 1996. A Deputy Director of Schroders Bank in London in 1996, he joined the AGF Group in 1997 as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed member of the Executive Committee in 1998. He then headed several sectors including Investments, Banque AGF, AGF Asset Management, AGF Immobilier, the Life and Financial Services division and Credit Insurance. In January 2006, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of AGF Group, Chairman of the Executive Committee and member of the International Executive Committee of Allianz.
Since May 14, 2009, Laurent Mignon has served as Chief Executive Officer of Natixis, and was appointed a member of the Executive Management Board on August 1, 2009.
* This appointment will be effective upon completion of the plan for the Banque Populaire banks and Caisses d’Epargne to buy back Cooperative Investment Certificates (CCIs).
