Encouraging and supporting the development of our employees’ careers

One of the goals pursued by the group’s companies is to support and promote the professional growth of its employees. BPCE companies consider that the skills and expertise of its employees are vital to their ongoing development and efficiency.

All our employees must be able to shape their own careers in line with their personal preferences and abilities, and according to the needs of the group’s companies.

This is why the group devotes more than 5% of its aggregate payroll to training – representing an investment of more than 200 million euros per year – with a view to facilitating the development of its employees’ professional skills.

In-house professional training cycles and programs have been designed and implemented to meet the specific needs of the group’s companies and customers and to ensure their future development.

For example, new recruits attend induction training when they take up their new posts, thereby allowing them to familiarize themselves with their company, its business activities, and products.

The complementary managerial training programs were also updated recently: the “high flyers” program – training for experienced managers designed in partnership with the ESSEC School of Business Administration – and a development and support program created for future senior managers (Advanced Management Program).
