20/01/2012 - Groupe BPCE finalizes the sale of its equity interest in Crédit Immobilier et Hôtelier

Groupe BPCE today finalized the sale of its 23.8% indirect equity interest in Crédit Immobilier et Hôtelier (CIH), to the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion marocaine (CDG). All the suspensive conditions related to the transaction have been fulfilled; the transaction is legally effective as of today.

20/12/2011 - Groupe BPCE transfers its equity interest in Crédit Immobilier et Hôtelier to Morocco’s Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion

Groupe BPCE and the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG) have reached an agreement whereby CDG will acquire the 23.8% interest held indirectly by Groupe BPCE in the capital of Crédit Immobilier et Hôtelier (CIH) in Morocco.

On 15 December, the Supervisory Board appointed Yves Toublanc as Chairman of this entity as of 2 January 2012, to replace Philippe Dupont who remains a member of the Supervisory Board. Stève Gentili has been appointed Vice-Chairman.
