15/12/2011 - Yves Toublanc is appointed Chairman of the BPCE Supervisory Board
On 15 December, the Supervisory Board appointed Yves Toublanc as Chairman of this entity as of 2 January 2012, to replace Philippe Dupont who remains a member of the Supervisory Board. Stève Gentili has been appointed Vice-Chairman.

Philippe Garsuault is appointed Chief Executive Officer of BPCE International et Outre-mer, a holding company which manages the subsidiaries and affiliates of Groupe BPCE’s commercial banking division, excluding France. He replaces Bruno Deletré, who was appointed Chief Executive Officier of Crédit Foncier in July 2011.

On September 19, 2011, Anne Mercier-Gallay will officially take up her position as Chief Executive Officer – Human Resources of Groupe BPCE, replacing Jean-Luc Vergne who is retiring from the group. She will have a seat on the Management Board and be a member of the General Management Committee.
